About Me
My name is Olga Voitenko - I am the Owner and Principal Planner of the agency, specializing in creating events with a personalized approach. I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality, event, and entertainment industries, with more than 500 successfully executed projects - ranging from intimate family celebrations and weddings to business forums, charity events, and large-scale festivals with up to 7,000 attendees.
For me, each event is more than just a task - it’s a unique opportunity to create something truly meaningful for you and your loved ones. I pay close attention to every detail because I believe it's the small things that bring the atmosphere and true magic of an event to life. Planning each event is not just about logistics - it’s about deeply immersing myself in the client’s goals, desires, and style.
